Welcome to the Externally Focused Network

All around the world there are pastors and Christian leaders who are beginning to think differently about what the church could be and should be in their community.  There is a growing awareness that effectiveness is not measured by what happens inside the church but rather by the impact the people in their church are having in their city or community. These are the externally focused churches.

They are internally strong and healthy but they are externally focused.  These churches have not only built capacity but are releasing their capacity through the ministry and service of every member.
